We import the best ingredients from Italy to ensure bringing our guests the tastes and flavours of Italy.
We use fresh Italian mozzarella & Italian tomatoes. And the use of a wood-burning oven gives the
distinctive flavour of traditional pizza from Naples.
We use Agnesi pasta, founded in 1824, one of Italy's oldest pasta makers. The finest durum wheat is milled in
their factory in Imperia, Liguria and then slow dried to create the perfect pasta for our homemade sauces.
